How to use 

• Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the suppository.  

• Unwrap the suppository. If it feels soft or has melted due to body heat, place it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to firm it up.  

• You can lie on your back with your knees bent, stand with one foot elevated on a chair or the edge of a tub, or squat.  

• If using your fingers, hold the suppository and gently slide it 1 to 2 inches into the vagina. If using an applicator, place the suppository in the tip, insert the applicator comfortably deep into the canal, and push the plunger to release the suppository.  

• Insert the suppository at night, just before going to bed. The horizontal position is the best for retention.  

• Protect your sheets by placing a towel under your hips.
